Our place is between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. 1950s Cottage - completely renovated. Extremely quiet neighborhood - wonderful place for a stroll with a view of the tidal marsh and Half Moon River. We do allow dogs, but you must contact us first to discuss. No cats as we have an allergic family member. We do not allow commercial filming (movies,etc) at our property. Chatham County License No. OTC - 022918

This peaceful house is perfectly located between Savannah's famous River Street and Tybee Island beach. A short 12 minutes drive will take you to downtown and in just 15 minutes you will be at the beach. Many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, are just 3 minutes away. Near US 80 you can easily move around Savannah. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood this place is the perfect location for you.
