Ideal for hanging close to the beach, enjoying the fall colors and ice- fishing. Located close to provincial park, tennis courts, play structures, boat launch, public beach and downtown/boardwalk is within an easy biking distance.

Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. An artistic, loft-style cottage perfectly located beside world class fishing on Lake Winnipeg at beautiful Sunset Beach! 3 minutes to ice/beach access - sled from the driveway, room for trailer parking! The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests.
