The Art Studio downtown

Our Grandpa Max built this eclectic space onto the back of his heritage home in the 1970s as an art studio and woodworking shop. Now we host travelers in this mid-century meets modern Scandi suite. The downtown core is only one block away but the studio is located on a quiet residential street backing on to green-space. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, park with a lookout and the theatre are all within blocks. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and ski bums!

Hot tub, campfire & big mountain views from our garden-level king bed suite just 5-minutes from downtown Nelson. Centrally located a 2 min walk/bike to Safeway, Starbucks, and a liquor store, with paths just beyond which will take you to Lakeside park as well. This newly built custom home has a private basement suite (800 sqft) ideal for up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom (King Bed), 1 den (Queen Bed), a full bathroom and an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a washer/dryer as well as and a place to store skis/bikes and gear. Our guest often comment on the space as a cozy, stylish, new, super clean place to stay! This space is ideal for people wanting spend their days exploring and their evenings relaxing.

Brand new 1000sq feet and everything you need for a comfortable stay ! Two bedrooms , each with a king sized bed and one with a tv. The sofa has a double pullout bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities . The suite offers a private covered patio to relax overlooking the garden and peekaboo of Kootenay Lake and Mountains . Convenient onsite parking for one car accessed from the alley. 10 minutes walking downhill to downtown Nelson , but a bit of a hike back up
