Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

The Hygge (pronounced hyoo·guh) House is a tiny taste of Scandinavia in Southeastern Minnesota. What is Hygge? In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. We love being cozy and having space to spend together so when the opportunity arose to renovate our studio, we wanted to share it!

This is a small, clean main floor apartment (456 sq. ft.)in a 4-plex. This is an older home near East Center street, a short distance to downtown/Mayo. It is an older home but clean and comfortable with a big front porch. This unit is in a 4plex so guests may hear some noise from other guests in the building but it is generally quiet.

Winona West End Loft

A roomy, but cozy upstairs loft with den, kitchen, bedroom with new queen bed, and full bath. The futon couch in the den can be made into a full size bed. Guest wifi and television with cable included. Shared entrance with homeowner but completely private space with locked door at top of main stairs.
