Welcome to our home! It’s the corner house with the picket fence. You will have the 2nd floor apartment of our house with a separate access fr the main floor foyer. You get an exclusive access on the main door as we have entry on the garage/side of the house. Situated in the center of Wichita & very close to hi-way -400 & 135 Sleeps 4- 2 person main bedroom and 1 day bed, 1 trundle in the living room Our house is 102 yr old and the entire 2nd floor has been renovated with bathroom & kitchen

Hidden in east Wichita - the Ridgewood Studio

This is a 1 bedroom/studio; 1 mile to Wichita State University and Wesley Hospital, great shared outdoor space. We live here and we use our house. Our normal routine is in full swing. We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 dogs (meet our doodles!) on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

We added a space to our home that could someday be an in-law suite, but for now it’s a hidden visitor’s getaway! Sitting on 2 acres in East Wichita, this an excellent location. With its own private entrance this space is attached but completely separated from the main home. You will have your own private suite. A perfect location for someone on the go or to just relax. Since we live on property we do host socials from time to time. If there are people around consider yourself invited!

It’s comfy, very clean, and full of character. A few spots still need paint and trim. While we'll be working hard on that, you’ll have everything you need to relax and recharge: full bed, private bath, coffee bar, WiFi, Netflix & Discovery+, mini fridge, microwave, dining/work table, and smart TV for streaming your favorites.

V’s Place - A comfy private basement suite.

Stay in a quiet residential neighborhood on the north edge of Wichita. Our guest suite, located in the basement of our family home, features two bedrooms, a roomy bathroom, and a living area with 60' TV and access to Netflix, local channels, and movies on DVD. There is a separate room with a microwave, coffeemaker, kitchen table and mini fridge with cold bottled water. There is off-street parking with security lightning. The quiet neighborhood is a great place for a walk or a run.
