The Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Museum which shows one of Gustav Klimt's most famous paintings "The Kiss" are very close. the city center is a 18 minutes walk from the flat. There is also a bike rental station and public transportation within a short walk.

The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today.
