The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a „ Gründerzeit Wohnhaus“ with lift and a nice backyard view. Public transport and activities Discover Vienna without the need of privat or public transport. Famous Viennese cafes and restaurants will spoil yo(URL HIDDEN) and the nightlife of Vienna is just a few steps away. Relax in a typical Viennese cafe with the world wide known gateau’s and a great selection of newspapers and first class piano. Or take your chance in the stores, the fantastic shopping malls and the markets of Vienna. Our 75 m² big apartment is close to the Urania between Wien Mitte ( U3;U(URL HIDDEN) and Praterstern ( U1 ) and old town. In our apartment we have rich and updated information about Vienna for you. Take part of the cultural life, the concerts, vernissages, musicals offered by the pusating city. Sight and famous places in our neighborhoods A stroll will lead you along the Donaukanal passing the well known Urania observatory. Next is the Ringstraße with its famous buildings and Palais. The Ringstraße is just outside the former city wall of old Vienna. Following the Kai you will come to Vienna’s famous pedestrian precinct which leads you to St. Stephens Cathedral ( about 20 min away from our apartment ). In the north of Donaukanal you will find after 500m the Wiener Prater, with its landmark the Riesenrad. Surrounded by the Prater-Auen which are perfect to relax. For runners we’ve got a 15km long track. But maybe you prefer the Hundertwasser house which is just e stone’s throw from here. Non smoking, no pets. Equipment: The Apartment is furnished on high standard an well sorted. We supply: 1 TV (cable), Mobil phone or fixed telephone connection, internet connection, hairdryer, washing machine, dish washer, stove with oven, fridge with freezing, coffee machine, plenty of dishes and cutlery, basics like linen, towels, shoeshine, iron utilities and umbrellas can be used free of charge. Additional equipment: baby bed and baby chair on demand, ironing board and electric iron, vacuum cleaner. . Bikes on demand free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure free of agreement. This beautiful apartment in the city center of Vienna is located next to the Stadtpark and CAT station (airport express), 15 minutes walk from St. Stephan's cathedral. There is an underground garage around the corner if you arrive by car. Hop On & Off is two minutes away. The apartment is on a high floor, quiet, sunny and family friendly. It is high end decorated and sleeps 4 comfortably. We would love to have you as our guest! Beside German, we speak fluently English, Spanish & Portuguese.

Da es sich um unsere persönliche Wohnung handelt, ausgestattet mit ausgewählten Designermöbeln und privaten Gegenständen, bitten wir unsere Gäste, das Apartment mit derselben Sorgfalt zu behandeln, als wäre es ihr eigenes Zuhause.

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

This first-class 74 square meter apartment offers space for up to 5 guests. There are two bedrooms with Smart TVs each with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room that can comfortably sleep another person. Please note that this sofa bed is located in the open-plan living area and not in the two separate bedrooms. There is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the center.

Die Wohnung ist etwa 75 qm groß und schlicht aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (jeweils Doppelbett) ein Wohnzimmer (Ausziehcouch), Küche, Bad samt WC und einen Balkon. Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Baby-Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
