Charming non-smoking apartment, very centrally situated near Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Straße 1 room – 35m² – for 1 to 2 persons House and Environment The apartment is situated in a very central, yet quiet part of Vienna. It is 5 minutes to Westbahnhof railway station and close to Mariahilfer Straße, Austria's largest shopping street. From Westbahnhof the metro U3 takes you to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the historic center in only 7 minutes. Popular sights like Schönbrunn Castle, Ringstraße with its museums and historical buildings, Museumsquartier and Naschmarkt can be reached easily by walking or by public transportation. There is a supermarket around the corner and in Westbahnhof there is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. Apartments Description The apartment is modern and elegant and has room for 1 to 2 persons. It consists of an anteroom, living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and separated toilet. Living Room The living room features a bed (160×200), a dining table and two chairs, a 40 inch flat-screen TV (cable TV), radio clock with iPod docking station. Kitchen The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery). Bathroom The bathroom features a bath tub, washbasin and toploader washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Anteroom In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe. Extras Free Wifi internet, coffee and tea, bedding, towels, toiletries. Latest time for check-in is 8 pm.

Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!
