The beach access path is directly across the street and it leads to a nice wide sandy beach. The home has been remodeled in recent years and is full of charm and character with features like granite countertops, beadboard wainscoating, and tile floors. You also have your own private gated yard area and patio. The central location is close to restaurants, bars, and the rec center.

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license.
