The home is less than 5-10 minutes to downtown Boone and 321 amenities and ASU, 15 to Blowing Rock, 10 to Foscoe and about 25 to Banner Elk and all the many outdoor activities, dining and shopping offered. **4wd or awd required in the winter!!!

*No Smoking allowed on the property* The 215 is a newly built, 1 bed, private entry apartment, nestled in the heart of the Viewmont area of Hickory, North Carolina. Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from LR college, just half a mile from the YMCA, and within walking distance to some of hickory's favorite restaurants including Fourk, Backstreets and Starbucks. The 215 is pet friendly, we do require a $20 pet fee.

The Green Nest

Our garage apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to King St (our main street.) The space is cozy and well appointed - perfect for a couple or small family. The deck is a lovely place to enjoy the beautiful mountain weather. There is a queen sized bed. There is queen pill out futon as well as a futon in the closet to make the kids space cozy and comfortable.
