Studio is fully furnished including linens, towels, hairdryer, pots, pans, etc. Coffee shops and restaurants within a mile, marinas are less than a mile to launch your boat. Fabulous views of the Bay, full kitchen, spacious bath and your own private back yard. There is a dock to fish from or sit and watch the sunrise and set. There is also a small beach. Dog friendly , sorry no cats.

This two-story apartment is centrally located just 2 miles from I-64, Busch Gardens, Water Country, and Colonial Williamsburg. There are 3 smart TVs and every room has USB. The listed price is for TWO guests, with additional charges of $15 per guest/night for each guest after two. Vehicles are limited to 2 vehicles per visit unless authorized.
