The Music Inn - Entire Private Guest Suite

The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Relax with friends or the whole family at this peaceful haven just outside Nashville, and minutes from Franklin in the quaint town of Leipers Fork. Enjoy private hiking trails, a salt water pool, hot tub and plenty of room. Our guest quarters is the entire first floor (pool level) of our home. It is a self-contained 1,740 sq.ft apartment (not the entire home) and has two private entrances, and a full kitchen. It is less than 1 mi from a mtn bike park and 2 mi. from fine dining and entertainment.

Separate entrance private guest suite on a small farm, light breakfast items provided in-suite. We roast coffee commercially- fresh roasts provided for your stay! Outside: pickleball(rackets provided) disc golf, walking trail. Peony blooms in May, sunflowers in summer, (sometimes!) Apples in July. Usually some chickens, a few hogs or sheep, and the neighbors goats and cows to see. Amazing sunsets.
