Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. At the Dunn Houses, we will go out of our way to make your stay memorable. We hope when you stay with us, you experience what makes Lawrenceburg so special.

Owen's Nest is tucked away in the Old Part of Town, Walk to Piddle Park/Lake Pollywog, Drive or Walk 1/4 mile to Local Restaurants, Walmart & I-75 or take a quick ride to The Arc Encounter, Veterans Cemetery or the Local Fishing/Boating Lakes. Easy Access to Lexington, Louisville, Indiana or Ohio. Very Private with outdoor seating area & plenty of parking. Sleeps 6, 2 Bedrooms, Full bath, fully equipped kitchen, Smart Roku TV & WIFI. Private Entrance Second floor with a 12 step staircase.

This town home is less than 10 miles from the Ark & 35 minutes from the Creation Museum! This home has everything that you will need to enjoy your time while visiting. This 2- bed 1 bath town home is perfect for your group of 4. No Stairs! Everything is on 1 level! There is 1 King size bed and 1 Queen. There are 2 Smart TVs. The kitchen has all the essentials so you can enjoy a cooked meal. Come enjoy the comforts in your home away from home. No washer/dryer on site. Unit is on right side.

Come and stay a while in this charming and unique studio apartment. Located in the heart of historical Aurora, IN, you can walk to all the shops, parks and restaurants! Step out onto your private patio and enjoy your view of the Ohio River! It’s the perfect romantic getaway. We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. Just add them with your guests at checkout.

We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville. Relax and recharge after a long day of seeing all the local attractions.

Enjoy a cozy stay in a mid century boho retreat!. Located in Pleasant Ridge, this is a one bedroom efficiency apartment with a full bathroom (shower, no tub), wet bar, mini fridge, and microwave, toaster/oven/air fryer. One queen bed and an additional guest can sleep on the fold out couch. The space has a private entrance and free parking on a quiet street. Pet friendly and and fenced yard. Three minute walk to the park, 7 minute walk to the local entertainment district.

Anna’s Place

WEEKEND SPECIAL + LOW NIGHTLY RATE - Choose Anna’s Place and you will enjoy easy access to everything from the ARK Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath.
