Fountain Ranch - Historic 1940 Restored Cottage

The Cottage was reinvented from a cabin that stood from the 40’s to compliment and extend the Ranch House. It includes king size bed that opens out onto the deck, 1 queen size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking the river, Dining room table. Outdoor seating on deck and shared pool and Jacuzzi with the Ranch House. The pool in not heated. Handicap accessible. Enjoy the peace!

There is a yard with a fire pit and lawn games. Close to town and river swimming yet very secluded. Perfect for weekend getaways or weeklong adventures.

No cell reception given you the option to be off grid or connect to the WiFi for the WiFi calling.

It sits at the highest point in Trinity village with amazing mountain views. beautiful decks with an outdoor seating area & grill that looks over the pool so you can watch the kids. Pool deck for relaxing down below as well. The house is an open one room house with a loft, multiple pull out couches, brand new kitchen, and an outdoor separate finished sleep-out shed for the kids or extra guests that has two single beds.
