Our shipping container home offers BIG living in a tiny space, also MASSAGES BY APPOINTMENT by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (a rate of $85/hour). All you need for a great vacation at your fingertips. Step out of the busy world and enjoy some peace and quiet at Green Acres. Though we like kids, our property is "not suitable for little ones". Our container home is small, cozy, and designed for couples or singles, wanting to relax, while just a short drive from restaurants and casino entertainment.

Numerous Casinos and gaming attractions - just a great place to explore. It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

KING SIZE Serta mattress, walk in shower with rain head, open kitchen with glass cook top, microwaveremote control fireplace, fire pit/charcoal grill, gas griddle, ample parking of truck and boat trailer, access to boat launch.

Inside home is wheelchair friendly (not fully ADA compliant). Back yard is fenced. One mile to Flowing Wells Marina on Lake Texoma- boat access. Covered parking with additional parking for boat, cars, truck. The back deck overlooks wooded core land. Half acre of flat open land to play on. Nice leather furniture and comfortable beds.

Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.
