Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Cozy Cottage near the Beach! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Welcome 2026! Adorable Tybee cottage with Pool/Spa

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool. Heated pool option is available after April 1st, 2026 and only if daytime temperature is above 70 degrees. HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay and only for days that heat is turned on. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.
