Amazing views from the private deck in the backyard overlooking the marsh river. 8 miles to the ocean and 10 miles to Historic Savannah. Studio apartment(above garage) completely furnished with a pillow-top King sized bed, Complete living area with comfortable love seat and recliner with a 40 inch Sony smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods, etc. The studio offers complete privacy.....We are told the pictures don't do this studio justice!~ Parking for one vehicle only.

Marsh Top Suite - No Clean Fees!

This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. Kayaks, Paddle boards, basketball court. Sorry, we don't allow guests in the pool.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
