Lake Placid Area, Dukes Cabin-Dog Friendly!

Located between Lake Placid and Saranac lake, with Scarface Mountain only 200 yards away. Two bedroom cabin (King and Queen) with a large fenced back yard with a fire pit. This house is dog friendly with two large doggie doors to back yard. We do have an additional $75 cleaning fee for up to two dogs. Lots of parking and additional parking for trailers. A pontoon boat for rent. Nice back yard lounge area and a BBQ for grilling. The house is located on a main road there will be some road noise.

This open plan 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8 guests in 3 beds (King and Queen) plus Queen-size foam mattress and pull-out sofa. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit with Trex chairs, BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen and beaver pond out back!

We've spent 2 years bringing this 115 year old house back to a home. It was originally a "cure cottage" on Park Avenue, a quiet lovely street just a short walk to downtown Saranac Lake, restaurants, shopping, the beach and tourist attractions. Close to Lake Placid. Includes fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes, firewood.

Secluded ADK cabin | High Peaks Hike & Family Time

Relax with the whole family or a group of like-minded friends at this peaceful and ultra secluded wooden cabin. On the property, you can use fire pit, play ping pong, and enjoy in any way you prefer. The house is adjacent to former cross-county skiing trails that are used as hiking trails. You can easily make a short drive to Lake Placid & Whiteface for skiing. Keene with many hiking trails is 20 minutes away; many hiking trails are within 3-5 minutes drive (Rocky Peak, Hurricane, Baxter).

Escape to our 30’ yurt atop a 25-acre pasture with breathtaking views of Whiteface mountain. Accommodating 2 to 6 guests, it’s perfect for family outings or adventures with friends. A winter camping experience: the yurt features basic insulation and is heated by a wood stove, with firewood for purchase on-site. Bring sleeping bags and slippers for warmth in colder temps. Village Cottage-Walk to Downtown

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

White Face Mountain, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ADK 46 High Peaks, hiking, golfing, and fishing are all a short drive away. Plattsburgh NY with its amazing restaurants and bar scene is a 5-minute drive. Plenty of parking space.
