It is located along the west river where every summer you can go tubing, swimming, or kayaking. Across the river is a bike/walking path that leads right to the Marina restaurant on Putney Rd in Brattleboro. Bakery/café, Art Gallery and Retreat Farm all close by A gorgeous view of the river and mountain across the street .

Located within 20 miles from three ski resorts, a short drive to Battenkill River, Manchester Outlets and just a 10 minute drive to VAST trails/ National Forrest. Come and stay for a ski trip, hiking, foliage viewing or to relax on the property with access to walk or snow shoe through our trails of Christmas Trees. Centrally nestled between Mount Snow and Stratton mountains with plenty of things to do! Located on an acre of property, backed by unbuildable land behind it, which lends itself to a very private, open setting. Grout Pond and other swimming holes within miles. It is a special retreat!

Lots of good hikes and a new walking path very nearby.
