This stylish 1971 chalet is a country retreat with modern comforts for you and your family... complete with strong WiFi and a fenced-in dog yard! The minimal cabin is tucked in the trees and set up for families and friends, pet & kid-friendly. 10-15 Minutes to Mount Snow 10-15 Minutes to Downtown Wilmington This is a country house, not a boutique hotel :) If booking during winter or spring months, we HIGHLY recommend a 4wd vehicle as the weather can cause some tough road conditions (snow/mud).

10 years of love and affection went into building our 2 bedroom custom home. Sticking with natural products to blend together the beauty of the surrounding area. Lay in bed at night and listen to river that runs the entire length of the property. The house has a full kitchen with seating for 6. Spacious living room for relaxing or admiring one of the many birds that visit all year round. Two upstairs bedrooms and office space. Walkout basement with full entertainment area, hot tub,exercise room.

HeART Barn Retreat

Peaceful, romantic retreat in this stunningly large and magical barn. This 1850's historic remodeled barn apartment is nestled into hundrends of acres of Nature Conservency. Many old maple and pine trees, hiking trails and breathtaking views will welcome you along the the drive here. If you'd like to book a healing retreat I offer Reiki sessions to guests. Inquire when you book. *Mount Snow is 35 minutes away. Okemo, Stratton, Bromley and Magic is 1 hour away and Stratton is 1 hour away.

The Mountain A-Frame at Mount Snow

Less than 1 mile from the base of Mount Snow and close to all the fun in the Green Mountains: AT access, swimming holes, covered bridges and more! Across the street you can hop on the Moover shuttle that takes you right to the mountain! 2 minute walk to market, coffee shop and local bar. 2 bedrooms + 1 loft, 1 bath, wrap around deck, cooking necessities, Smart TV and WiFi. Rustic Cabin in foothills of Green Mountains

Rennsli Cabin is off grid + nestled on a forested plateau in the foothills of the Green Mountains. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, unplugged and able to regenerate. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh eggs + homemade soap. It has an indoor compost toilet, outhouse + outdoor shower (May-Oct) Most seasons, the cabin is 100ft from parking, but weather conditions may require an 800 ft walk from parking at main house.

The Hideaway Camp

The Hideaway Camp is a very private cabin on a 100 acre property. There are hiking/x country ski trails on the property and close access to the VAST trails. A scenic 20 acre pond for kayack and canoeing and a brook with a rustic cocktail deck overlooking it. the Jacksonville General store is 2 minutes away and it is warm and friendly with all the groceries you might need. The cabin is well stocked for cooking and with high speed internet you can WFH or stream favorite shows.

Close to swimming holes, hikes, country stores, flea and farmers' markets, and ski mountains (Mt Snow and Stratton) Pets and children are welcome, but there is only one queen bed.

Apartment on Main Street

One bedroom apartment with kitchenette (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes etc.), full bathroom with laundry, and open living space. I am an English teacher, so there are lots of books! Apartment is located in the Village of Saxtons River- within easy walking distance from the Market, Vermont Academy, our new Park, and Main Street Arts.

Walk to Village/Lake Whitingham

The garage apartment is comfortable, clean and pet-friendly. Great for weekend getaways; we are just a stroll away from the lake or the village and a short drive to Mount Snow. The Moover is a local free bus to Mount Snow ski resort, Brattleboro and Bennington and is easily accessible at the traffic light.
