Tucked in a quiet street between Paddington, Milton and Rosalie, this is both a central fabulous location and quiet retreat. Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium, cafes and shops on Given Terrace, Latrobe Terrace, Rosalie village and Park Rd Milton. Public transport galore: bus stops only 4 minutes walk away, 10 min walk to Milton Train Station, 15 mins walk to the river, Milton Ferry Wharf and bike/walk path to city. My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, and business travellers.

We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

There is a great view from the balcony of Kedron Brook. This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.
