Full river frontage decking large enough to dance and a wooden walkway that leads up above the trees where you can eat or just sit and relax. A wood fired hot tub is secluded on the decking to create a romantic, memorable experience We change the hot tub water for every guest -not just add more chlorine -and we provide enough wood in with the price

Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

The Cotswolds lakes offer a host of activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Just five miles away lies the market town of Cirencester, regarded as the heart of the Cotswolds, a perfect place for fine dining or shopping.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.

The Cabin

A rustic, secluded self contained Cabin beside a lake, set in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Take yourself back to nature and enjoy far reaching views in this peaceful off-grid setting. Enjoy stargazing around the fire pit and snuggle down in front of the log burner. We're veggies here so we ask that no meat is cooked on the premises, this includes inside the cabin itself as well as in the South Barn space. There is a good outdoor bbq for meat lovers though! Ardross Lodge is a spacious lakeside home made for easy get-togethers, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and open-plan living overlooking the water. It’s somewhere where eight people can actually relax without feeling on top of each other. Mornings start slow, evenings settle around the table, or the hot tub, and the lake is right there when you’re ready to switch from paddling to holding your breath and going for it.
