SELF CHECK-IN Cotswold stone house located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park on a 500-acre private nature reserve. The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

Shepherd's Pye is a unique, 1920's Railway Carriage. Rescued from a local farm as a neglected frame, it has been lovingly restored by ourselves into a cosy, modern retreat on the edge of the New Forest. The hut is set in a secluded, private spot on our farm overlooking a lake.
