Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. Hideaway in a pocket of W 6th. This newly renovated condo (with a large furnished patio) is just steps away from restaurants, shopping, bars, and nightlife. Explore Austin on foot or by bike, but enjoy quiet seclusion when you need to escape the excitement. I have created a comprehensive house manual that describes how to get keys, parking, wifi, etc... You will gain access to the manual, in Airbnb, upon booking confirmation. Be sure to check it out, to make your stay as smooth as possible.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
