Mount William Station is an old family farm specialising in breeding Charolais Cattle. Red Gum Cottage is a lovely, cosy, quaint old managers cottage that has recently been completely refurnished, keeping as much of the charm and 'country' feel as possible whilst having the modern touches where necessary. Hillrise Cottage

Hillrise Cottage is a peaceful and picturesque property on a hill above the gum trees with spectacular views of the Grampians to the west. 15 km from Ararat and 30 km from Halls Gap, Hillrise Cottage is a great base for exploring the beautiful Grampians region, (30mins away), taking in the local wineries or just relaxing. Chill out in this unique home, stroll around the 6 acre property and check out the large dam, beautiful trees and abundant wildlife. Hillrise is 2.5 hours west of Melbourne.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

Chimney Pots Cottage is an inviting three bedroom farm cottage with a country style open plan kitchen living area, another living room, two wood heaters and an abundance of outdoor living/entertainment options. Located on a working sheep and cropping farm in the heart of the Grampians National Park, our cottage has you only a stones-throw from renowned bush-walking tracks, rock-climbing opportunities, wildlife spotting, driving adventures, golf course and the gorgeous township of Dunkeld.

Mount Cole Cottages - Kookaburra Cottage

Kookaburra Cottage - Two bedroom eco cottage (built 2017) situated on our 13 acres bush property. Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & a wide assortment of birdlife. We are 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.

Waratah Cottage - Halls Gap

Waratah Cottage is a spacious 4 bedroom house amongst the trees in the heart of the Grampians. Only 2.5 kms from the centre of Halls Gap. The rear entertaining deck, with BBQ and retractable shade awning, faces north with views of Grampians landmarks Boronia Peak and The Pinnacle. The house is in an bushland setting with regular wildlife visitors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with single beds, and sleeps 8 in comfort. All linen and towels are provided.

The cottage offers you 60 acres of beautiful native bushland as your own secluded getaway. Halls Gap Cottages- couples retreat ( Kookaburra)

Come and relax in this newly built cottage that is nestled in the heart of the Grampians, enjoy a walk up the mountain then come back and relax in the spa. Enjoy a relaxing dinner cooked in a fully equipped kitchen. It's just a short walk into the town to try some of the restaurants. You even have your own BBQ on the front deck or lounge out on the rear sun deck. We also provide Netflix - Youtube and free WiFi. Private undercover car park.

Carrinook Cottage, The heart of The Grampians

Carrinook Coottage is nestled between tall manna gum and provides the perfect haven to explore the Grampians and surrounds. Views up to the famous Pinnacle from the front door and Boronia peak from the back deck. Inside you can cosy up by the wood fire, or share a meal with family and friends in the open kitchen/dining/living area. Three large bedrooms include a king bed in one room, queen in another and two bunks in the last.

The Blue Wren Lodge

Beautifully designed accommodation especially for couples. The Blue Wren Lodge has been a favourite for couples for years and we are the proud new owners. The Lodge has also it's very own BBQ hut. The Lodge is fully self contained with access to many condiments.
