Unique early Australian shepherds cottage on 500 acres opposite stunning Mt. William in the Grampians National Park. Self contained cottage surrounded by amazing bird life, kangaroos, emus, echidna, wallabies and deer. Country life with all the comforts. Homemade bread, farm eggs, mulberry jam / butter , teas / coffee, milk are all provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure. Cooking oils and condiments, assorted teas/coffee/milo, Anzac biscuits and access to cottage herb garden.

Beaufort Cottage Retreat “Oaks on Havelock”

A short stroll to all Beaufort has to offer. This property has been in the family for the past 40 years and now it’s been lovingly renovated and possesses all the creature comforts you will need. Our modern country inspired style home is ready for you to enjoy. In a quiet area, only meters from all the the towns amenities, cafe's, bakery, organics store, butcher, iga, fine dining, hotels, swimming pool and lake. With plenty to do, visiting winerys, regular market and even a town brass band.

Dacelo is a luxurious retreat based at the foot of Boronia Peak and a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Halls Gap. This 3 bedroom luxury property can sleep up to 8 people and has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Relax by the fireplace whilst enjoying a glass of wine or take a long soak in the luxurious bath overlooking the Mt William Range. The fully equipped kitchen easily caters for small or large groups. Outside features a large entertaining area, fireplace and BBQ.

Little Argyle - Country Escape

Argyle Farm is an idyllic country getaway, the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the natural Australian environment and simple way of life - with all the modern comforts. It is located in Avon Plains in Victoria's Wimmera region, near the famed Grampians National Park. 'Little Argyle' is a beautifully restored farm cottage with historic charm. It has a wood fire and big windows looking out to the gum trees, paddocks, grazing sheep, birds and kangaroos passing-by.

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

Make the most of all that Halls Gap has to offer including Restaurants & cafes, our famous ice creamery, mini golf, walking trails, rock climbing and the Halls Gap zoo.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.
