Sleeps 6! Our home is in the heart of Knutsford — 7 mins walk from LARKSPUR LODGE wedding venue & 15 mins walk from TATTON PARK. Merrydale Manor, Colshaw Hall & Oak Tree of Peover wedding venues are 10 mins by car. Two bedrooms (double / double + high sleeper) plus sofa bed. Dogs welcome. Town centre & station: 10 mins walk, with direct trains to Chester & Manchester and the Metrolink at Altrincham — 30 mins to cricket, football & concerts at Old Trafford; 29 mins by train to Delamere Forest.

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Our 2-bedroom stone Barn adjoining the main house with underfloor heating, log burner and modern country kitchen is a perfect location for relaxed self-catering luxury. There are direct walks and a private tennis court. We are ideally positioned to explore Chester, Oulton Park, Delamere Forest, Beeston Castle and surrounding countryside.

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away.
