Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

We don't just offer you somewhere to sleep; at Beam House you can indulge in all the Cotswolds and Cheltenham have to offer knowing you can return to a uniquely styled period house in Winchombe's historic Gloucester Street. Expect soft cotton linens, a wood burning stove, Farrow and Ball paint, exposed beams and stone and oak floors. We offer a unique and stylish retreat ideal for relaxing and exploring. We can host 6 (1 king, 2 double) plus 2 (a sofa bed is available in the drawing room).

Centrally located in the North Cotswolds, close to Broadway and Winchcombe and other nearby villages. We are also only 15-20 mins from Cheltenham, Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Tewkesbury and Junction 9 of the M5. A 5 min drive to the train station where you can catch a steam train that can take you to Broadway and or Cheltenham. Perfect for Cheltenham Races!

Almsbury Farmhouse is a beautifully restored property that sleeps 14 guests across 3 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and a separate self-contained annexe with a double bed. The main farmhouse is arranged over 3 floors, with a large dining room and table to seat 14, well-equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room, snug/breakfast room, playroom, and five bathrooms (including annexe en-suite) with additional downstairs WC. Almsbury Farmhouse is perfect for larger groups or families looking to relax.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
