Named for the 250 year old huge live oak in the front yard, the Island Treehouse is down the street from the beach. Extensively renovated space including new central AC is open and relaxing with a private deck overlooking a lush garden. Large, relaxing outdoor shower. You’ll love the town, restaurants, bike paths, public boat ramp, friendly people. Bogue Pier within walking distance for sightseeing or ocean fishing. Paradise awaits! Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise over the Emerald Isle bridge, and the sunsets over the islands. Watch the dolphins play, fish, enjoy the refreshing saltwater, play on the swim-mat, kayak to the islands, endless adventure. In the evenings relax in the hot tub on the back porch. 2 miles to the beach. This is a peaceful and quiet home, the most noise you will hear are the boats going by. Our dream has come to life with our private family home named Hook, Line and Stinkers. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach; we provide all beach amenities and a wagon. The open floor plan, yard, decks, patio and pool are great for lots of family fun. The pool is heated at no extra charge March-May and September and October! Outdoor shower and parking for 4 cars.
