Less than 10 minutes to downtown and the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh campus, shopping, restaurants and Main Street. Great location for walking, bike riding and just seeing the local sites. This condo is located two blocks from hwy 41 off South Park Ave / hwy 44, so it is easy access to downtown, the west side, restaurants, grocery, Oshkosh Herd Arena, EAA Museum, Wittman Airport, and a short drive south to Fond du Lac and Milwaukee, and north to Appleton and Green Bay. For EAA Adventure, this is 2 blocks (10 minute walk) to the gate 41 entrance where the EAA shuttle bus picks you up and takes you to the 'North 40' entrance. NO PARKING FEES or traffic headaches!

House was a duplex but is set up as a single family so you will have the property all to yourselves.

Full kitchen use and parking for 2 cars, free internet, great backyard, use of grill and fire pit. Owner lives downstairs. Pets may be allowed. Children are always welcome.

Beautiful cabin feeling home with a huge pond and yard! Great for Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, Family Birthday Gatherings, or Random Getaways! Paddle boards, swim rafts/tubes, outdoor and indoor games, and wood for firepits included! Spacious outdoor dining space with fireplace by the pond and propane grill (propane and grilling tools included)! Pond has sandy bottom and is shared with neighbors, but are rarely out at the same time (due to dry year - pond water level is low)
