Spacious holiday home on a quiet park with a large private garden Close to a beautiful lake with sandy beach, lovely restaurant, beach-club, working windmill and a massive indoor play barn. Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Ons appartement is sfeervol ingericht en van de belangrijkste gemakken voorzien. Goed te verwarmen, kookgelegenheid incl. pannen en servies en een koelkast. TV, Wifi, eigen douche en toilet (kleine badkamer), 2 aparte slaapkamers boven, met een 1 een- en 1 tweepersoonsbed. Kinderbedje en speelgoed is ook aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een eigen voordeur, eigen terras, weinig inkijk en op loopafstand van een boel voorzieningen. Informatiemap m.b.t. activiteiten in de omgeving is aanwezig.

Op de Deäle

Rondom Winterswijk lijkt de natuur soms te hebben stil gestaan. Hier slingeren de idyllische beekjes zich nog een weg door het kleinschalige collisenlandschap met zijn bosjes, akkers, lanen, houtwallen en Scholtengoederen. In de boerderij "Pasman" (1340 eerste vermelding als Bovekinck) hoorde vroeger bij Kasteel het Waliën, hebben we een vakantiehuis gerealiseerd. Gebruik gemaakt van oude elementen en toepassingen van hergebruikte materialen in een modern jasje maar met het comfort van nu.

Sluit de gordijnen, kruip samen op de bank en sluit de prachtige dagen in het bruisende Deventer af met een filmpje op de beamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien!

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
