Our cozy cottage lies in the heart of the popular Normaltown neighborhood in Athens. Easy access by foot/car to local bars, restaurants, parks, & other amenities. Downtown Athens/the UGA campus are just a short jaunt away! One of two identical units (each completely separate with private entrances and ventilation), the traditional shotgun style features one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/eating area, and a living room.

Midcentury Modern Pool House in Five Points

Unwind in this midcentury modern pool house in Five Points in Athens, GA. You'll have the pool to yourself, all 55,000 gallons of it plus a hot tub, steps away from a comfy king-sized bed. This is a brand new building with a kitchenette, grill, outdoor shower, a screened porch, and is solar powered. Tesla charger available. You'll see deer every morning and evening and maybe a famous football coach who lives nearby.

We are only minutes away from downtown Winterville, where you can find a beautiful park and walking trail. It's a short 15 minute drive to downtown Athens and the University of Georgia, which includes shops, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. (And we are just 8 miles from Sanford Stadium)!
