Plumfield Stable is a family homestead that is located on 100+ -acres of beautiful, rolling farmland located within the Eurkea Maple Woods of Wisconsin's Driftless Region. While you're here, you will enjoy the beauty of the hills and valleys as you view the immediate area from our ridgetop location and the quiet setting on a dead-end road. In addition to the breathtaking night sky and its incomprable display of stars, we often have an unobstructed view of sunrises and sunsets. You'll see our Amish neighbors farming their land or heading to town in their buggies. You are also likely to see deer and wild turkeys in the fields. Family Friendly? For the interest of children, there is a neat playhouse, as well as a 3-level tree house to explore. In the spring and summer, the children can also enjoy the baby ducks, baby goats, and baby rabbits.For the toddlers, there is an enclosed play area with a sandbox and swings. Fun Things to Do at Plumfield Stable Canoe on the Kickapoo River. Bike on the Sparta/Elroy bike trail or on the La Crosse River Bike Trail. Both are within 15 miles. Hike and Horseback Ride on trails in the beautiful Wildcat Mountain State Park. For the fishing enthusiasts, there are several rivers and streams within 20 miles. Golf on any of the three, public courses within 15 miles of our stable. Shop the large, Amish community nearby. There are bakeries and candy shops to explore and quilts, crafts, and other Amish goods for sale. Tours are available. Boat or take a cruise on the Mighty Mississippi River!

My place is close to great views and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Located in the small town of Ontario, WI the suite has a full kitchen and bathroom. Includes a pool table and Foosball table. 2 queen beds, 2 queen sleeper-sofas, 1 full-size bed, and 1 full sleeper-sofa . Looking for a quiet, private space to get away? Toad Hollow Loft is located in the woods of north central Wisconsin. Small, clean lakes for fishing and swimming are nearby. You will be surrounded by giant maples and will have a treetop view from your deck, which is a great spot for bird-watching! We offer a wood burning sauna upon request. Ski & snowshoe trails are out your back door! Our loft rental space is above our detached garage, separate from our home and completely private.
