We also have a Cottage at the same address and they can be rented separately or together. Covid-19 UPDATE - See below. THE HOUSE is a tastefully decorated, upscale and well-equipped beach home that has been completely remodeled. It sleeps 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a cozy living/dining area with a sofa sleeper. You will love the secluded, tropical patio which offers a hot tub and a BBQ for relaxing moments. The property is located in a quiet and upscale, residential neighborhood of Clearwater North Beach, just across the street of the beautiful and pristine Gulf Beach. Clearwater Beach with its vibrant public beach life, various shopping opportunities and diverse restaurants is just a mile away. The House and Cottage can be BOOKED TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY and are the perfect place for families, family get togethers or romantic get-aways. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR SPRINGBREAKERS or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties. THE AWARD-WINING GULF BEACH IS ONLY 32 STEPS AWAY! Grill, TVs, cable, WIFI, multiple driveways for parking, beautiful landscaping. Walk to shopping, dining or island attractions. Take the public trolley around the island or go as far south as Treasure Island! Check-in is 4:00pm or later; check-out is promptly at 10:00am to leave time for cleaning crew. IMPORTANT: We do not advertise on Craigslist! Be safe and only deal with the owner. COVID-19 Pinellas County is open for short term vacation rentals with guidelines that we are following in full. We take the safety of our guest and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and as cleaning is taking longer than previously it is unlikely that we can offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Our houses have well equipped kitchens and we believe that separate units are the best option for vacationing in the time of Covid-19. Florida is seeing an increase in cases at the moment and we stress the importance of guests taking travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel to Florida. In the event that the administration halts vacation rentals we would of course refund guests as we could no longer accept them. We have to stress that after two months of cancellations and re-bookings we will not be able to offer refunds if Clearwater Beach remains open for vacation rentals but guests decide not to travel.

Waterfront house near Gulf of Mexico

Freshly redone home that is yours to enjoy. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate 4 guests. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from either the screened-in back porch or the dock on the canal. Or, jump into the kayak and paddle a very short distance (7 houses down the canal) to the Gulf of Mexico. Fishing tackle and poles are available. Friendly, quiet neighborhood that is great for walking or riding the bikes that are included with the house. Plenty of restaurants or shopping nearby.

Modern Lake Weir House

Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Beautiful House On the River, Kayaks, Large Dock!

Come relax by the river in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Lady Lake, Florida. Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

Entire 3 Bedroom House (Sleeps 8) in The Villages

Spacious 3 bedroom house in The Villages. The house is newly renovated and features both a new 70 inch Samsung TV in the living room and a new 50 inch Samsung TV in the master bedroom with Hulu Live and Comcast Business high speed internet. The house is located near the Spanish Springs Town Center, Tierra del Sol and Glenview Country Clubs. We have a jacuzzi for your enjoyment, as well as a grill. The home sleeps 8 with privacy using a sofa bed located in the rec room.

Entire Home in The Villages Absolutely Beautiful!!

Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad
