It's approximatley 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Charlbury. Open plan lounge/kitchen area. Off street parking for up to two cars. Use of the front garden for sitting out and watching the sunset of an evening. Charlbury has some lovely pubs and is an ideal base if you'd like to visit Oxford, Blenheim Palace and many other Cotswold towns.

The property is located in Aston which has a village shop, pub and a cafe in the pottery. Located close to Witney there are plenty of good places to eat in the local area. The annexe is detached from our property above a double garage with a private entrance. There is a modern en-suite plus a kitchen area which includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and sink. We are a family with two dogs. The annexe is located to the front of our home.
