Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

Green River Reservoir State Park has 11 miles of shore line & is extremely quiet with no motorboats. 3 BR/2 Bath log cabin with upgraded kitchen and hot tub. Seasonal tiny cabin near water with outhouse. The whole property is yours with dock, boats & fire pit by the water. Great fishing & next to Catamount trails for hiking & winter wonderland for snowshoeing, skiing, sledding & snowmobiling.

Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.
