Welcome to our treehouse inspired, modern cabin overlooking The Kenfield Brook on Terrill Gorge. We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Tiny House at Stony Brook Farm

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of the Vermont countryside on the property of Stonybrook Farm. This tiny home is newly built and has everything you'll need for a perfect getaway. We even have wifi if you have to work while you're here. Lay in bed and listen to the brook bubbling past or look thru the telescope and check out the deer and fox that wander by. A true country setting and only 3 miles from town. Open from May 1 thru the middle of October (or so depending on the weather).

Although 1 small dog is generally fine, please read further about the pet policy. Check in 3pm. Check out 11am and please park in designated spot. The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.
