You will enjoy easy access to everything from this historic home. Town is 0.4 miles away. Hang out on the deck overlooking Wolfeboro Bay. Enjoy a swim whenever you want. And there are spring, fall, and winter activities in the area! You will have use of a private beach, a raft, canoe, kayaks, and beach toys (but no dock). Hiking and ski trails are within a short walk or drive. Great gathering place - our family has enjoyed many special events here and you will too! Includes a two car garage.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The Grey Shingles Camps property has been a cottage colony since the 1940's. After extensive renovations, our guests enjoy this historic property with a modern sensibility! The property has five acres of open lawn ,woodland, orchard, and private waterfront with sandy beach and docks on pristine Rust Pond. Amenities include kayaks, SUP's, canoes, sunfish; Pickleball, basketball, & more. The Rec Hall has a full kitchen, living room with cable TV, ping pong, foosball, & more!

It's one thing to be right downtown in beautiful Wolfeboro, but add being right on the water w/your own porch, as you look over Wolfeboro Bay. Always something beautiful in front of you. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.
