All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

This modern cottage, in the heart of the village provides plenty of facilities and is equally comfortable in the winter with the wood burner lit, as it is in the summer with the door open to the enclosed garden. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with good attention to detail and is located down a quiet cul-de-sac road.
