All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

Parsley Barn - Private Wing with Two Bedrooms

Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Cocooned in this spectacular, beautifully spacious, wooden Eco barn, the Sail Loft has the most incredible views overlooking the salt marshes, creeks and out to sea, making this the perfect hideaway to relax and experience the ever-changing tides and birdlife on this magical part of Norfolk coastline in Wells-next-the-sea. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

The Old Washhouse offers guests a place to explore and unwind in luxury surrounded by the beauty of North Norfolk. Relax in front of the log burner, eat in the garden or the beautifully furnished dining area, or unwind in the sumptuous roll top bath. The local area is a wildlife haven all year round. Close to the sandy beaches of Snettisham, Heacham and Hunstanton. With Wild Ken Hill and Sandringham Estate on the doorstep and stately homes like Holkham and Houghton a short drive away.

Stable cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Enjoy rambling Wild Ken Hill, woods and fields as featured in BBC's Nature Watch , a short walk away. RSPB Snettisham a world renowned bird haven . Spectacular sunsets on the beach. The Old Bank and The Rose and Crown are in the heart of the village for dining. Wonderful coastal excursions .

Luxury Shepherds Hut in West Norfolk

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.

Keeper's Cottage, Snettisham

A stylish, cosy Victorian Norfolk cottage with a lovely modern feel. The award-winning Rose & Crown pub and Old Store bakery/deli are both yards from your front door. We're in a perfect spot for spectacular beach visits and country walks, trips to pubs in traditional Norfolk villages, world class nature reserves, the royal Sandringham estate and seaside fun in Hunstanton.

Small space garage conversion: private self-contained double ensuite room with guests own entrance, kitchenette, small private patio area and parking space. Safe storage for bicycles in your accommodation. Situated in a quiet residential area of the village, the accommodation is separate from the house, but I live in the joining property.
