You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Mitten im Naturpark „Am Stettiner Haff“ und am Rande des Naturschutzgebiets Ahlbecker Seegrund liegt unsere romantische Hofstelle aus den ersten Jahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts auf einem großen, umzäunten Grundstück. Der Hof besteht aus einem von Linden und Fichten umgebenen Haus mit gepflegtem, buchsbaumumsäumten Vorgarten und einer daran anschließenden reetgedeckten Scheune.
