Fernances Creek Farm is one hour north of Sydney in the picturesque Wollombi Valley. Ten minutes from Laguna with the Watagan Mountains and Yengo National Park on our doorstep. The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Acacia Cottage is a recently refurbished modern country cabin on the doorstep of the Hunter Valley wine region, which makes this an ideal base from which to explore everything this region has to offer. The cottage is situated on Wattle Valley Farm adjacent to our living quarters and a short walk to the iconic Wollombi Brook. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Great base for exploring the Hunter vineyards, attending concerts, bushwalking or just relaxing and watching cows wander past.

Welcome to The Coop Country House. The perfect place to roost for the night! Enjoy a taste of Hunter Valley history in complete comfort. Originally the main house for the local chicken farm, the Guest Suite has been freshly renovated to include three comfortable King sized bedrooms, a relaxing sunroom, lounge and expansive bathroom. 15 minutes to historical Wollombi and 20 minutes from Pokolbin.
