With a historic setting along the brick road of Ann st our ground floor Suite has comfortable charming atmosphere you’d expect from our home away from home, Built in 1901 by local dentist Dr Bartlett our guest suite is almost 1000 sq ft and It includes a full kitchen with stack washer and dryer and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Smart tv and good internet. We are within 5 min walking distance of downtown Parkersburg, and only a block from Camden Clark Hospital, affordable centrally located.

We want to introduce you to the beautiful Julia-Ann Square Historic District. The original owner Mary Logan had the initiative to build this 1920's home as an investment property. It's a stylish apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

We are located 2.5 miles from the Grand Central Mall and several great restaurants. We are one mile from the Camden Clarke hospital. We are one block away from the Juli-Ann historic district which is a beautiful evening walk.
