We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). At this point we have waived all extra fees. We don’t charge for cleaning or pet fees. Heart of the city lies this fairytale cottage with modern amenities to appeal to all! In the trendy industrial section of north hollywood u get the best of both worlds . Hear a waterfall from ur door under pine trees or 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. We have a lot of trees and flowers and there is some wildlife. Also we have a wonderful dog on the premises who loves people. Thank you!
