A historic home built in 1850 provides a true Cape Cod experience. The home is located in the heart of downtown Woods Hole. You can walk to Pie in the Sky, the Landfall, and all the other shops and restaurants. The home is a five minute walk to the ferry from Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard. Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath.
