Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. It is located in a quiet, shaded and private neighborhood within 3 miles of popular Canton Street in Roswell, where there are many awesome and varied restaurants, art galleries, boutiques & consignment shops, all located in an historic and quaint downtown setting. Relax on the porch swing from the screened-in porch overlooking an expansive back yard. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a family room, keeping room, living room & screened-in porch.

We are 40 min from Downtown Atlanta, 15 min from Lakepoint Sports Complex, great for baseball families, an easy drive to Lake Allatoona, and toTruist Park, home of Atlanta Braves. You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.
