Sit on the front porch watching people go by and gaze at the old Dutch church. This unit is in a townhouse built in the 1890s with vintage details including ornamental ceilings, a bay window and decorative fireplaces alongside contemporary artwork. Entire 900sqf 1st floor unit. Includes 1 bedroom(Queen), private kitchen/dinning room, living room and a bathroom. The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The apartment is in the heart of historic uptown Kingston. It’s within walking distance of many of the sights of the uptown Stockade district of New York’s first capital. Explore the weekend farmers’ market, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible by bus or by car. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Lovely Centennial Cottage Apartment

The Centennial Cottage Est. 1840 is one of the oldest boarding homes located in the historic hamlet of Palenville, where travelers would stay on their way up to the Mountain House(now North & South Lake). The newly renovated apt is located on the first floor of this charming three unit building located at the base of the Kaaterskill Clove. Its where neighbors still sit on their front porch to visit & take nightly walks to see the glorious views of the mountains, with a short walk to the creek.

LR has a day bed for added sleeping space. Come spend time in a tranquil setting.

The building boats a rich history: the main floor of the building served as a speakeasy during Prohibition. Chic Country Apt in Woodstock, NY

This private apartment, with its own entrance, is attached to one end of our house. The apt door and our front door are separated by a long patio. Please be advised: We do not give discounts or refunds for issues related to inclement weather. This two-story apartment is part of the Colonel Abraham Hasbrouck House, a registered landmark built in 1735 in Kingston's walkable Stockade District. Tall colonial Dutch windows light the hand-restored wide-board floors in the living room, and the renovated kitchen and dining nook look out on the backyard through a split Dutch door.
