Woollahra is a leafy suburb next to Bondi Junction, and part of inner Sydney. Railway and Bus Depots, 100's of shops, restaurants and Westfield Ceare only a few minutes walk. Beaches are close. The outlook over the city and eastern suburbs will keep you on the deck. It is a comfortable and well presented premium apartment. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. There's so much around us, many beaches, our glittering harbour, the city and so many parks and beautiful walks

Enjoy the harbour breeze from balcony. Harbour beaches, all your favorite tourist spots are all close by.

Double Bay is a stylish harbourside enclave on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour. The apartment is located in a charming and very well kept art deco building. Marmle entry, wooden panels all this is part of the typical charm of the building. Our apartment is very well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As we love to sleep well while we are away from home we invested in a first quality bed, mattress and a very quiet sleeping bed room :)! Love a good bed and quietness!

Central fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment (ground floor), fully equipped kitchen and own courtyard in a terrace house. We live upstairs. Private secure entrance. Check in 2pm -6pm! Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Located in the prestigious Queen St. 20 minutes from the CBD and 20 minutes from Bondi Beach. Great buses. 1-2 people. No children (0-12). Wifi Smart TV Please read The Space and Guest Access.

Quiet leafy outlook on culdesac street. Constiata doors overlook our private garden and pool. Peaceful, leafy quiet sanctuary. 2 min to train, bus, restaurants and bars. Internet access. Please also be advised the entrance sliding door is also used by elderly mother and not lockable. Bedroom is lockable.

The Art Flat, Woollahra is the perfect bolt hole to explore Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Found at the rear of a gracious Victorian residence - 'Edgemont’ - it is a charming two bedroom apartment with garden views. A joy to stay at with modern amenities. It is a 10-15m walk to Westfield Bondi Junction, Edgecliff station, Paddington & Double Bay. There is unmetered parking on Wallaroy Rd. There are 2 sets of exterior stairs from street level down. Construction Mon-Fri next door.
