HD TV in lounge; WiFi (95mbps down); Alexa speakers with smart lights throughout (you can still just use the switches);voice-activated smart heating (again, you can just press the buttons); the fully-fitted kitchen includes kettle, microwave,FF, oven, & a Nespresso coffee machine.

Only two minutes walk from Salford Royal Hospital, five min drive from Media City UK & fifteen min drive to central Manchester. Or catch the bus at the end of the road and be in Manchester within 20 min. There are shops, takeaways & restaurants within a 2 min walk. Your hosts live on site and are on hand if you need them. You will have your own space to park on our driveway.
