Relax at our unique and peaceful getaway in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck. The Knap, an annexe of our home, is close to many of Dorset's famous beauty spots along the Jurassic Coast, such as Corfe Castle, Studland Beach and Old Harry Rocks. During your stay you'll have the place to yourselves, including a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom, (with bath and shower), and a living space including a sumptuous double bed, sofa-bed and table. Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

Chapel Cottage

Located on the high street this characterful Purbeck stone cottage was originally built as the Baptist Chapel. It has a wealth of charm with many quirky features. It is situated on the Isle of Purbeck, which is an excellent location for outdoor activities and discovering the delights of the world heritage Jurassic Coast. Positioned close to the Priests Way path you can explore a number of great coastal walks. Or you could just pop across to the fantastic local pub for a pint and bite to eat.

Stunning wooden lodge in Purbeck Countryside

A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. Situated a five minute walk from the centre of beautiful Corfe Castle, the Mousehole is a newly converted and fitted out annexe to our home. It is light and bright, yet peaceful. Completely self contained and surrounded by glorious countryside, you can explore from the doorstep. We have four pubs within a short walk, and a fabulous village shop / Post Office. Beaches are within a short drive or bus ride and the Swanage Railway steam trains stop in the village.

Formerly a quarryman's home for many generations this grade 2 listed property is part of the original town & has uninterrupted hill views of Ninebarrow & Ballard Down. Walk & explore the Isle of Purbeck: just 30 mins drive to Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove. Swanage town centre & beach are a 20 min (2km) walk from Deal Cottage.

Walkers paradise, Purbeck hills/Jurassic coast

Little Orchard is a self-contained annex with its own private entrance and parking outside. Comprising of one double bedroom with king size bed, TV, small table and chairs, WIFI. Large bathroom with rainfall shower. Entrance lobby containing a small fridge with ice box, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and toilet roll are all provided.
