Get away from it all in this spacious apartment, 5 minutes away from Surfer’s Bay or Miami Beach. With shared pool, private patio, 3 bedrooms and an open floor plan there’s lots of room for family or friends to relax. The building has 4 apartments with two of them rented to long-term tenants. Just minutes away from downtown Oistins for groceries, rum shacks, and restaurants - not to mention the famous Friday Fish Fry! Lovely property right by the ocean with 2 independent studios; #3 is on the ground floor; bedding in the bedroom can be either a king size bed or 2 single beds, so please let us know in advance what you’d prefer; the bedroom has A/C, a safe and en-suite bathroom; the unit has a kitchenette and a patio with a fantastic view of the ocean. Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
